These Terms of Use apply to DoraReel, the short-drama website at https://dorareel.com/, operated by JIASI CULTURE MEDIA LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them before you use the site. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

You must be an adult with the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Using the site means you accept these terms.

1. The service

DoraReel lets you browse drama series, read the description and episode list, and watch episodes in the browser. Some episodes are free. Others require coins or a subscription. We may add, remove, or change series, features, and prices. If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page. If you do not accept the new version, stop using the site.

2. Accounts

2.1 You may use the site as a guest. To keep purchases and watch history across devices, you can sign in with Facebook. You agree that the information connected to that login is yours and is accurate. Facebook login is also subject to Facebook's own terms.

2.2 Do not buy, sell, lend, or share an account, and do not create an account by a method we did not provide. You are responsible for activity on the browser and account you use.

2.3 We may suspend or close access if you ask us to delete an account, if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if the use harms DoraReel or someone else.

3. Purchases

3.1 Coins, single episodes, and subscriptions are sold on this website. The price and what you receive are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal, whichever is shown at checkout, and is also subject to that provider's terms.

3.2 Digital unlocks and subscriptions are delivered when the payment provider confirms the payment. Refunds follow the law that applies to your purchase and the rules shown at checkout. If a payment fails or you are charged without receiving the content, email master@dorareel.com with the amount and the time of the attempt.

3.3 We may change prices for future purchases. A change does not alter a purchase you have already completed, except where the law requires a different result.

4. Acceptable use

Use DoraReel for your own personal viewing. You may not copy, download for redistribution, sell, or publicly perform the videos, images, or text; probe or disrupt the site; use bots to collect the catalog or other people's information; or reverse engineer the site except where the law forbids that limit. You are responsible for your use of the site and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

5. Personal information

We collect, use, and share information as described in the Privacy Policy, including cookies used to run the site and to show Google ads.

6. Content and trademarks

The dramas, text, images, and the DoraReel name are owned by us or by the people who licensed them to us. Except for the personal viewing these terms allow, you need written permission to copy or reuse that material.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as available. We work to keep playback online, but we do not guarantee that every episode, device, or network will work without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability related to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the three months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and they do not remove rights that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you live. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it by discussion. If that fails, it may be brought in a state or federal court in California that has jurisdiction, or in another United States court that has jurisdiction.
