DoraReel lets you browse and watch short dramas online. This policy explains what information the website collects, why we use it, and how to contact us.

1. Information we collect and why

1.1 Guest use and Facebook login. You can browse and watch as a guest. We store a device identifier in your browser so the site can keep a session, watch progress, and purchases on that browser. If you choose to sign in with Facebook, we receive the account identifier and the profile details Facebook shares under the permissions you approve, such as your name and profile image. We use that information to create and recognize your account, and to keep coins and watch history available when you return.

1.2 Browsing and playback. When you use the site, we collect technical and usage information such as browser type, language, IP address, the series and episode you open, playback progress, and the time of the visit. We use this to play the video you requested, remember where you stopped, and keep the service working.

1.3 Search. If you search the catalog, we collect the words you enter so we can show matching series. Recent search text may be stored in your browser.

1.4 Purchases. Coins, episode unlocks, and subscriptions are paid on this website. Checkout is provided by Stripe or PayPal, as shown before you pay. To create an order, confirm that payment succeeded, unlock the content you bought, and answer a support request, we process the order number, account or device identifier, product, amount, currency, payment status, and transaction time. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe and PayPal process the payment under their own terms.

1.5 Cookies and similar storage. The site uses browser storage that is needed to keep you signed in, remember playback, and complete a purchase. We also use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its advertising partners may store or read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. 2. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to run the site, complete purchases, respond to support requests, and meet legal duties. When you delete an account or the retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information, unless the law requires us to keep a record, such as a transaction record. If the service ends, we delete or anonymize information within a reasonable time after notice, unless the law says otherwise.

3. Sharing

We share information with service providers that perform work for the site: Facebook, when you choose that login; Stripe or PayPal, to take a payment; and Google, to deliver and measure ads. We share only what is needed for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if disclosure is needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us.

4. Children

DoraReel is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email master@dorareel.com and we will delete it.

5. International transfers

We operate the website for viewers in more than one country. Information may be processed in the country where you use the site and in other countries where we or our service providers maintain systems. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. We use the information only for the purposes in this policy.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using the site after the update, the new policy applies. If a change materially expands how we use personal information, we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

7. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit mandatory rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
